Yoga Teacher Training
Purna Yoga 200 hour Teacher Training program. Held on selected weekends from Dec. 5- June 6 at Big Island Yoga Center, Kealakekua. Purna means complete... alignment-based asana and pranayama, meditation,nutrition and applied yogic philosophy. Keiki 4 Week Grief Group
Intensive educational support group open to all youth, ages 5-12, and their parents/guardians, who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Meets Thursdays 2:30-3:30 p.m., for four weeks. No charge, call to register @ 969-1733 or www.hospiceofhilo.org.

Dolphin and Whale Charters
Visit our beloved Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins, Humpback Whales at a discounted $65 per person, includes refreshments. Snorkel gear and Spring suits are available with advance notice. Additional charge for assistance for swim support. The nice, comfortable boat is Coast Guard certified for 20 passengers with all the safety requirements. Dolphin and Whale charter dates: Wednesday, December 2nd Saturday, January 30th Sunday, February 28th Tuesday, March 30th We will meet at the Honokohau Marina at 8:am for an 8:30am launch.
